Egg Rolls

Ingredients:

1 cup chopped raw cabbage

⅓ cup diced cooked chicken

2 tbsp chopped onion

2 tbsp chopped celery

1 tbsp vegetable oil

14 egg roll wrappers

Pepper to taste

Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking Method:

  1. Mix cabbage, chicken, onion, celery, pepper and 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Spoon mixed ingredients and place it in the egg wrapper. Fold and roll the wrapper, sealing the edges with water. Repeat for the remaining egg roll wrappers.
  3. Preheat the vegetable oil to 180 ˚C.
  4. Fry the egg rolls in hot oil that is about 1 inch or more in depth for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towel before serving.
