Ingredients:
150 g tang hoon
30 g cabbage
40 g chicken breast
Pinch of cornflour
⅓ tsp light soy sauce
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic
⅓ cup water
¼ tsp sugar
2 tsp dark soy sauce
2 cm carrot
1 egg
2 shallots
½ red chili
1 lettuce leaf
Cooking Method:
- Soak the tang hoon in water until it softens.
- Cut the cabbage and soak it in water. Boil the cabbage.
- Dice the chicken breast and then season with the following:
- Pinch of cornflour
- ⅓ tsp light soy sauce
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Chop the garlic finely.
- Cut the carrot into strips and soak them in water. Boil the carrot strips.
- Fry the egg and cut into strips.
- Finely slice shallots and fry till golden brown.
- Slice red chili for garnishing dish.
- Heat oil in a wok and add in the chopped garlic, fry till fragrant.
- Add the seasoned chicken into the wok followed by water, dark soy sauce, pepper and sugar.
- Add in the tang hoon and boiled cabbage and stir fry to mix the ingredients well. Turn off the fire.
- Serve on a plate and garnish with fried egg strips, fried shallots, sliced chili and shredded lettuce.

- 加入冬粉和烫好的包菜,拌炒均匀。起锅。
- 盛盘,用蛋丝、炸葱头、辣椒丝和生菜叶丝点缀。
