Healthy Beef

Ingredients

  • 300 g minced beef
  • 50 g onion
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp five spice powder
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil

Method
1. Mix the minced beef with
the following:
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 2 teaspoon sesame oil
• 2 teaspoon five spice powder
2. Dice onion and add it to the minced beef mixture.
3. Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the beef and onion mixture until cooked and remove onto plate.
4. Serve with or without chili sauce.

300克牛肉碎

50 克洋葱

1 茶匙胡椒粉

2 茶匙芝麻油

2 茶匙五香粉

2 茶匙菜油

烹煮方式:

1. 将以下材料拌进牛肉碎:

• 1 茶匙胡椒粉

• 2茶匙芝麻油

• 2 茶匙五香粉

2. 洋葱切丁,加进牛肉碎。

3. 热锅,放油。加入牛肉洋葱拌炒,直到熟透。起锅。

4. 可配辣椒酱食用。
